This Veterans Day, Byron Park, a Kisco Senior Living community, honored all veterans living and working at the community with a pinning ceremony, recognizing them for their service and commitment to our country. Each veteran received a poppy pin in honor of the World War I poem “In Flanders Fields.” Following the ceremony, the Kelly Park Big Band filled the community with live music for a USO dance and reception in the main dining room. The band is a 16-piece ensemble from the San Francisco Bay Area.
