Our Coppell Cowgirl volleyball program is hosting a Dig for the Cure event on Tuesday, September 12th at our home district match against Richardson Pearce. Each year, our senior volleyball players choose a philanthropic organization to partner with, and this group has chosen the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This is a particularly personal partnership, as we have athletes and coaches in our program who have parents and family members who are currently fighting or have fought the battle against breast cancer.
We would LOVE for you to join our efforts! Please come out the the games on Tuesday night - the JV and 9th A teams play at 5:30 PM, and our varsity and 9th B teams play at 6:30 PM. You can also support this event by purchasing a Dig for the Cure t-shirt (designed by our own senior captain Izzy Hall) and wearing it next Tuesday! T-shirts are on sale at all middle school and high school lunches today (Friday, September 8th) and at CHS/NTH@C lunches next Monday and Tuesday.
