Singh Development LLC, a nationally ranked U.S. builder and developer that actively develops, builds, and manages real estate throughout Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia, is pleased to announce plans for The Griffin, a mixed-use development in Royal Oak, Mich. The site was purchased through a request for proposal process from the Royal Oak Downtown Development Authority (DDA) after being vacant for years. Avi Grewal, project manager of Singh, made the announcement.
