Immigration Exam
Immigration Exam is a physician-led USCIS civil surgeon practice in St. Louis, located at 4477 Woodson Rd, Suite 102, next to St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Exams are performed by Dr. Gurpreet Singh Padda, MD, MBA, MHP, a USCIS-designated civil surgeon. The Form I-693 immigration medical examination includes a medical history and physical exam, tuberculosis, syphilis and gonorrhea testing, vaccination review to USCIS and CDC requirements, and a sealed envelope prepared to USCIS submission standards. Medical certification for disability exceptions (Form N-648) is offered following a records review. Services are available in English, Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Ukrainian and Haitian Creole.
