We are happy to be able to finally bring you Jibaritos’ Restaurant, Puerto Rican and International Cuisine. It has been almost 15 years since Noel and his wife Rose had this dream to bring Jibarito’s to you. After three years of living in Texas, the right circumstances came along. We knew our idea was good and after searching for the right place we feel that we are ready to realize the dream that started long ago. With every penny we have, we started this venture.

Jibarito’s is truly a family venture, everyone is excited and it has been a combined effort between both Torrado brothers and their wives, our Dad and big brother. “I think that Jibarito’s restaurant needs all the members of the family that are involved. Not one is dispensable.” Noel’s work ethics and hard work made easy to me and all other members of the family to join him on this adventure.

Our outstanding and delicious cuisine is not offered anywhere in the Metroplex. This and the combination of strengths between the two brothers is what makes Jibarito’s stand out from other restaurants in the area. We want to make Jibarito’s your favorite restaurant.
