Kratom, or Mitragyna Speciosa, is a natural product derived from an evergreen tree that is native to Borneo, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Papua New Guinea. This product has been around for centuries and technically comes from the same family as coffee. A variety of powders, capsules, and products and extracted from the leaves of this tree and put to use for their abundantly soothing and therapeutic properties. Kratom is considered to be one of the most sacred herbs of the Southeast Asian region.
