Grand Junction, Colorado –West Springs Hospital has come to the very difficult decision to close its doors permanently, effective March 10, 2025.
Patients of West Springs Hospital may request their medical records by emailing MedicalRecords@MindSpringsHealth.org with a request for individual records. All medical records will be retained and securely stored by Mind Springs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
There will be no continuing services available at West Springs Hospital following the permanent closure of the hospital located at 515 28 3/4 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
