Certifications

N.D.E. personnel are certified to ASNT-TC-1A.  Structural steel and welding inspections are performed by Certified Welding Inspectors in accordance with AWS QC-1, ICBO and San Diego Building Department and Canadian Welding Bureau.

Structural Steel and Related Services

Steel Inspectors of Texas, Inc. can provide both field and shop inspection on structural projects utilizing AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI’s).  Our service also include NDE technicians certified to Level II in Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant and Radiographic Film Interpretation, to applicable codes such as AWS, AISC, IBC, API, ASME, and the testing of fireproofing to the UBC code and the certification of welders to AWS or ASME.
