• Structural Steel (Visual) – Fabrication and field inspection of all weldments. High strength bolt inspection (A325 and A490) which include visual, torque, and Skidmore-Welhelm testing.
• Non-Destructive Testing – Ultrasonic (flaw detection and thickness), film interpretations, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant.
• Sandblasting and coating inspection – All phases of coating inspections which include reviewing specifications, checking compressed air quality, surface profile, paint mixture, environmental conditions, dry film thickness, adhesion, low and high voltage holiday testing and soluble salts.
• Concrete Scanning – Scans conducted by use of either ground penetrating radar or Ferroscan system.
• Thermal Imaging – Thermal images provided with an infrared camera.
• Video Scope - Inspect interior surfaces of pipe up to 15 feet in length and down to ¼” in diameter.
• Welder Qualifications – Qualify welders to AWS and ASME codes. Have large assortment of test coupons in stock.
