My name is Michael. I was born in Puerto Rico. I studied Physics at the University of Puerto Rico, although my professional career experience consists of customer service, the finance industry, and sales. I moved to the United States when I was 20 years old, and have been in Texas ever since.

Becoming an adult in the U.S. was a culture shock, and although it wasn’t easy, through trial and error, I have learned that if you work hard and give it your all, you will be able to achieve your goals in this great country. That is why I enjoy working at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, because the service we provide helps people and families (that have sacrificed so much) make it here and secure their futures so they can have a better life here in the U.S.

It is a very rewarding experience seeing the look on our client’s faces when they realize there’s a solid chance they can build a future in the U.S. as legal residents or citizens. It’s a very humbling experience. I work very hard to make sure I can help people adjust and take advantage of all the opportunities this great country has to offer.

brenda-villalobos-new-client-coordinator-at-lincol

Hello! My name is Brenda. I am a New Client Coordinator here at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law. I am a child of an immigrant single mother, and from a young age, I was often tasked with the duty of being my mother’s translator.

I learned about my mother’s undocumented situation as a teenager and then realized what that meant. Seeing her bring us forward with all the odds stacked against her makes me value my position with the firm so much more.

Meeting people every day, and hearing their hardships, dreams, and goals fills me with purpose to further keep on doing what I do with Lincoln-Goldfinch Law. It reminds me of my mother’s hard work and the sacrifices she made for me and my brother.

Now, being a mother myself, I strive to learn and better myself for my children and our clients. Helping people achieve their dreams like my mother did is an experience I am thankful for.

I grew up in Waspam Rio Coco, a community that is located at the border between Nicaragua and Honduras. It is a very tropical and refreshing place. The people over there are very friendly and nice.

I am very passionate about sports, mostly football and contact sports such as boxing and kickboxing. These sports have trained me to be very focused on the things that I do. I love dogs and this year I am planning to adopt one so that he can be my best friend.

Working with Lincoln-Goldfinch Law has been the best experience that could happen to me. Now that I am more involved in the immigration world, knowing that my job is capable of helping thousands of families is so gratifying, very heart warming and my goal is to continue to serve all our clients in the best way possible!

I am Mexican, I have lived most of my life in a small port in Jalisco, called Puerto Vallarta, however, I was born in Portland, Oregon. My parents moved to that country with the idea, like many people, to change their life, to have better opportunities, a better job and better living conditions in general and fortunately it was that way for a while. After a few years, they decided to return to Mexico, because they missed their family and did not really have a legal status to live in the United States and were constantly worried about the future.

Now, being aware of the lifestyle that my parents led in the neighboring country, I realize that they were very lucky, they did not need anything, however, not all immigrants run with that luck, many do not manage to fulfill that American dream with both their dream and are stopped on the way. When they come to us, we have the enormous opportunity to make a difference in their lives, to help them reach their goal and to provide them with the peace of mind they are looking for so much.

The world is one, no matter where we are standing, we are the same individual here or in any other country, and as such we deserve to be respected, to be treated with dignity and to live with peace of mind, that is what I want to convey to each person with whom I I speak, I want to assure you that you will be fine, and that at Lincoln-Goldfinch, we will do everything we can to make it so.

Helping people who are in difficult situations makes me realize that we all have a purpose in life and that makes me feel full and committed, because I know that what I do, no matter how big or small, has an effect. positive in people’s lives.

I am from Nicaragua. I grew up surrounded by a wonderful family who taught me about the most essential things in life: moral values and love. I enjoy spending time with my family and having fun with my cats. I also love technology and how it helps us develop a better world and future. That is why I’m excited to conclude my career in system engineering.

I admire immigrants and how brave they are to sacrifice everything to help their loved ones, and because of that, I want to help them and put all my effort into bringing them peace and hope.

I am very fortunate to work at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law as our values and vision for helping people align with what I want.

Hello, my name is Francco. I am from Nicaragua and I am 40 years old. I am a Systems Engineering graduate and for the last few years, I have been able to develop my skills and competencies in the wonderful customer service industry, developing my effective communication skills with clients from many industries.

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to emigrate to the United States where I lived for over 3 years, living firsthand the difficult but beautiful experience of being an immigrant. I had the opportunity to live all the good and the bad of being far away from my country, trying to forge a better future for myself and my two children who are the greatest motivation of my life.

Having the opportunity to work for Lincoln-Goldfinch Law has been an excellent experience for me. Gaining experience and knowledge about immigration and bankruptcy, and being able to help entire families forge those dreams and reach the goals that one day I had, is amazing.

I grew up in Mexico City and the state of Guerrero, Mexico. I spend most of my time with my family and pets. In my free time, I like to play video games as it allows me to connect with people worldwide.

I was brought to the U.S. at a very young age. Having to be separated from my mother and sister when we made our way into the U.S. was something that marked me for life as I can still remember the fear I had that I would not ever see my family again because we were separated for days.

I love to support the community as I’ve been in their shoes and know what it feels like to come to the U.S. with empty hands but a heart full of hope. Being able to help discover new opportunities for our clients brings me so much joy, and every day I feel that I have accomplished something great.

My name is Axel, and I was born in Durango, Mx. I currently live in Puerto Vallarta and I have visited the U.S. since I was a child. I have visited California, Arizona and Texas. I studied Mechatronics in Mexico so I am very capable of adapting to different systems and people. I like to socialize a lot because I like to know the culture of every person I know, and be more capable of being empathic with them.

I grew up learning English so I could communicate better with a lot of people but sometimes I was teased for having an accent and felt how our Latin family struggled with this living in the U.S. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to work at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law.

I work at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law because I love helping people, and it brings me great joy to use my knowledge and skills to provide support for underrepresented communities. I know what it’s like when you don’t belong and I fight every day to make sure other people don’t have to feel like that, and so that they can have a fresh start and a new beginning in this wonderful country.
