My name is Yahir. I was born in Puerto Vallarta. I’ve always loved the company of my family, it’s where I feel safe and where I’m able to talk about anything without any hard feelings. In my free time, I go to the gym and hang out with my beloved ones. I love being outdoors.

I am in love with the work we do at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law. Our job is to provide help to people to improve their life, and a second opportunity to give them a fresh start with the possibility of having a better future for themselves and their families.

The reason why I wanted to be part of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is that they are very honest and humble working people. Everyone here makes such an effort to help every individual, allowing them to improve their lives in a way that other law firms won’t.

My name is Leonardo. I was born in a small town in Jalisco called Lagos de Moreno. I am 22 years old.

I love all kinds of foods, without neglecting Mexican gastronomy. I love animals, and listening to music. I truly believe that the best drinks in life are coffee and pure water. I love playing sports and I was part of my university’s representative football team. I also recently had the opportunity to complete a course in human development and neuro-linguistic programming.

I believe that every human deserves to be treated with equality and respect. People simply want the best for their future and their family. Immigrants are just looking for a better option and to be able to have peace of mind in their lives, and that is what we work towards at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law.

Working at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is an honor. Here, I am able to help people and use my skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service and support. My work has taught me empathy and to be helpful to those who may need it and that it doesn’t matter where you come from or where you were born, that will not define what you can achieve or how far you can go.

Hi everyone, my name is Jesus Armando, and I am happy to be working with a company that dedicates itself to helping others with their American Dream and providing support and assistance for individuals that may be suffering from financial hardships.

I consider myself a person that enjoys the opportunity to help someone, whether it be something as simple as a phone call, or scheduling an appointment for our clients. I believe being there for the client is essential to provide the best service that Front Desk has to offer.

I like to spend time with my two dogs, Marie and Perreaux. When I have time to myself, I take time to go to the gym and workout for a couple of hours to make sure I feel good about myself and take care of my body. I hope I can guide you through your journey to obtaining peace of mind.

Helping people brings with it a personal satisfaction of knowing that we can do something for someone who is losing hope of a future together with the people they love. Knowing that at the end of the day we could have helped a family reunite or jump into the beginning of a new life while being safe, makes me feel like I’m doing things right.

I like working with people who help because they share the same positive goal and objective of being supportive and empathetic. There is unity in the firm’s team where we do things tactfully and think about the well-being of others.

Having lived in different countries and met people from all walks of life has broadened my global perspective and shaped me into the person that I am today.

I was born in Brownsville, Texas bordering the northern Mexican state of Tamaulipas. I am what you call a first-generation American when my parents came to the United States chasing the American Dream. One of my many blessings has been the opportunity to travel across the Americas from an early age.

I am proud of my heritage and community, but I quickly understood that not many are as fortunate as I am. Several of my relatives, including my parents, lived as undocumented immigrants for decades and a few still do, not knowing if their circumstance will ever change. The majority of my most meaningful life experiences were only possible because I’ve been an American Citizen since birth.

Knowing that the people I’ve grown to love and respect have been deprived of so much, and continue to be, has driven my passion to help immigrants. When I realized that activism alone during my spare time was not enough, I shifted my career and hobbies towards better serving my community to bring about meaningful and positive change.

Now I am a proud member of the Lincoln-Goldfinch Law firm where I believe I can continue making a difference with like-minded individuals.

Together I know we can bring about change and most importantly peace of mind to several immigrant families. Because “mi casa es su casa,” is not just an expression of hospitality, it is a value I strive to make a reality.

I was born in one of the best eras, the great 80s, in Mexico City. The tennis court has always been my happy place. At 12, I started my career as a high-performance tennis player. I reached #1 in Mexico City and #3 between 2000 and 2002 in Mexico. My dream? Become a professional tennis player and represent my beloved México in other countries.

I reached this dream, in 2022, when I had the opportunity to play a Masters World Championship in Lisbon, Portugal, ending the season as #7 in my category. So as you can read, I am not a person that simply gives up! How did I do it? With discipline, training, self-love, focus, passion, and heart. Of course, my family and true friends were always there for me.

I also love surfing, music, travel, sports, and a good laugh! Back in 2004, I was struggling with my father’s loss, with not being able to study in college in the U.S. with a scholarship as I’d planned, and that I had to stop doing what I loved the most, but also feeling helpless for not knowing any Mexican laws that might help my mother and me with our new financial life, creditors, insurance and many other things that we simply couldn’t handle by ourselves. That’s how I knew that I wanted to study law and became a Mexican lawyer in 2012. I love helping people not only with their cases but providing accurate information to give them the power of changing their future. Lincoln Goldfinch Law´s mission matches mine.

valeria-oregon-new-client-coordinator-at-lincoln-g

My name is Valeria. I am a New Client Coordinator at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law. I am from Los Angeles, California. I lived most of my life in Rogers, Arkansas, and later on went to study college in Colima, at the University of Colima. Colima is a small beach town on the west coast of Mexico, where my family is from and based.

As a kid raised in a Mexican household, I got to learn about the traditions and history, but also I experienced the struggles of our people living in the United States undocumented. This inspired me to major in International Relations. I was always interested in finding out more about Mexican – U.S history and I wanted to find a way to be a part of change and seek help for all immigrant communities in the U.S.

I did this in an attempt to help others and my loved ones as well. Since I was in high school I have been interested in immigration processes, so being able to help out through our firm has been a life-changing experience for me. I love working at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, because every day is a fresh start when it comes to helping people get the immigration aid they need. Changing people’s lives for the better is our main mission and something I am willing to fight for every day.
